該聯(lián)動線主要由自動理瓶機(jī)、離子風(fēng)氣洗瓶機(jī)、直線泵式灌裝機(jī)、磁力旋蓋機(jī)、電磁感應(yīng)封口機(jī)、不干膠貼標(biāo)機(jī)等多臺單機(jī)組成，主要用來完成大容量口服溶液劑產(chǎn)品的整理、清除塵埃粒子、計量灌裝、封口及貼標(biāo)簽等工序，適用于塑料瓶，去除塵埃粒子，粘度高，比重大，旋緊力度大，瓶子易擦傷并且清洗要求高的產(chǎn)品。

This linkage production line is composed of the automatic bottle arrangement machine, ion wind bottle cleaner, line pump filling machine, magnetic force capping machine, electromagnetic induction sealer and label sticker and is mainly used to arrange the large-capacity oral solution products, clean the dust particles, balance and fill, seal and stick mark. The ion wind bottle cleaner is first invented in similar models in China. it can seal the bottle mouth and blow the ion wind to remove the static and clean the bottle and can effectively clean the plastic bottle oral solution products prior to filling. This cleaning machine improves the product clarity and product qualification rate. The filling part realizes near-distance combination filling between the high-level jar and high-level stainless steel pump (big diameter, short distance, no dead corner design and suitability for plaster product). The capping machine screws up the cap with the magnetic force clutch. After filling, it can avoid drop and drawing and filling without a bottle.
